Delivery – UK & Ireland
There is no need to be concerned about your delivery even though your Yardistry Direct packaging will likely be long and heavy. Our specialist delivery service carriers will ensure you are kept informed about your delivery and make as safe a delivery as possible, to your chosen address.
- We pride ourselves on offering an efficient and reliable delivery service that accommodates our customers’ needs. We are currently able to offer both standard and express delivery services.
- Our delivery provider will contact you via phone, text or email to arrange delivery to your chosen address. We do request that an adult of 18 years or older is on site and present during the delivery, to sign for and accept the goods.
- The network delivery provider will require safe access to the drop point. Please note all deliveries are external. Our boxes are heavy and bulky, please do not ask the delivery team to lift the boxes over fences, hedges, walls etc. We ask that access ways at the drop point are kept clear to allow adequate vehicle space to facilitate the delivery. Gates, doors and fencing cannot and will not be removed by our team to provide access. Please ensure all access walkways are clear and free from obstruction.
- It is important to note that access must not compromise the safety of the delivery team. Neither can it compromise property or products. Each delivery team will make onsite assessments for Health and Safety in relation to the delivery.
*Please note we do NOT offer any offshore UK deliveries, this includes Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight.
Home Delivery Service – Standard & Express
We currently offer a networked delivery service using a pallet drop at the front of your property. Standard is up to 15 working days and Express is up to 3 working days. You will be contacted by our courier directly and notified of the specified delivery day for your order. Tracking can be provided.
Warehouse Pick-Up
Our warehouse team are happy to pick and prepare the boxes, ready for you for you to collect from us. Collections are offered Mon-Fri from our warehouse in Shackerstone, Nuneaton, CV13 0BS. Once an order is placed for warehouse pick up, a team member will make contact to arrange a mutually convenient day and time slot for when the goods will be available.
