Hi Julian, The Carolina Pavilion includes ground anchor plates. There are two attached to each post. Each ground plate is powder coated steel and includes two pre-drilled holes, so you can screw or bolt the pavilion down to decking, tiles or concrete (or similar surface). The Carolina Pavilion is 307.34cm high overall. The height to the bottom of the beam (lowest headroom getting into the structure) is 219.71cm. Please let us know if you need any more info.

Looks great and the instructions were excellent. Good value, all descriptions were accurate, we are using it every night.
Great product and fast delivery
Unfortunately our Carolina Pavilion was damaged when it arrived or indeed prior to arriving as had been mended as per the below pictures. I have wriiten to Yardistry but have not heard back until being asked to rate the Pavilion.
This is a quality product, the finished pavilion looks so good and was great fun to put together. The materials are of the highest standard and with every part clearly numbered and really clear and detailed instructions it made construction as easy as it could possibly be with the help of my friendly neighbours..
I now have 3 of these in my garden and they look great. One is over 3 years old, which still looks like new. I have put two together in a corner of my garden to house a dining table and loungers.
The last two I managed to build the column and beams on my own and only needed help with the roof. I did have to brace the columns in all directions first though. I found it easier to have all pieces in numerical order laid out, and fittings in sizes – as there are hundreds of them – and some very similar.
They look great and are excellent value for money
