Sorry no , the louvered roof room does not come in this size currently.
I am not an expert, so do suggest you contact your local council if in doubt, but as far as I understand Building Regulations will not normally apply if the floor area of the building is less than 30 square metres, providing that the building contains NO sleeping accommodation and is at least one metre from any boundary. This item is approximately 3.15m (10′ 4″) high in total.

The gazebo has been tested for wind gusts of 65 miles per hour if properly anchored to a ground foundation. Always ensure you have the structure properly anchored to a ground foundation. Be sure to read your Instruction Manual on anchoring carefully (pg.6-7). We provide 2 Post Mount anchors (per post) to attach the unit to a structurally sound, level solid surface such as concrete or wood deck. Anchoring hardware is not included to give the homeowner the flexibility to permanently install to a concrete or wooden surface. As determining wind rating you must take into consideration many factors such as your region, terrain, type of exposure and site characteristics.

Hi Aireal, I'm afraid I'm not sure how many square meters of wood there is on a gazebo that would need to be stained. We sell 5L tubs of stain in either Natural or Mocha colours, which is more than enough. Whatever you don't use you can store and use at a later date.
