There is no need to be concerned about your UK Home Delivery, even though your Yardistry Direct packaging will likely be long and heavy. Our specialist carriers will ensure you are kept informed about your delivery and make a safe delivery to your chosen address.

Our courier will contact you ahead of time to confirm your expected delivery date. We display all packaging dimensions and weights on our product pages, so you’ll know how many boxes to expect before they arrive.  For our express service, you can even track your delivery online.

Every product comes with a detailed assembly manual, and Yardistry’s step-by-step video guides are available online to help you build with confidence.

What is your SGP Garden Ltd 2-Man Assisted Delivery?

Our two-man delivery is an assisted service (available for select postcode areas only). For your convenience, two drivers will be in the vehicle. Upon arrival, they’ll offload your boxes and place them in an external location of your choice. In addition, this service makes delivery hassle-free, with two drivers handling the offload; there’s minimal lifting required on your part. Expect delivery within approximately 7–10 working days from the date of your order. Our courier will contact you directly via email to confirm your scheduled delivery day. On the day, the team will message or call ahead to provide a more specific time frame. 

*Subject to on-site safety survey by driver to prevent UK Home delivery-related incidents & accidents.

What is your Palletways Express 1-Man Kerbside Delivery?

Our express service includes one-man kerbside delivery. A single driver will be on the vehicle, so please ensure at least one person is available on the day to assist with unloading and moving your boxes to your chosen storage location. Delivery typically takes place within 1–5 working days from the date of your order. You’ll receive direct communication from our courier confirming your scheduled delivery day.

You will be provided with a Palletways tracking number and a link to the online tracking portal. 

Can I arrange a Warehouse Pick-Up?

Our warehouse team are happy to prepare your boxes for you, ready for you to collect from us. 

We will pick the required items and can have them ready for you to collect within 24hrs. 

Should you require storage to delay your delivery, we offer warehouse storage at £30 per month inc VAT.

We offer collections Mon-Fri from our warehouse in Nuneaton, Warwickshire CV13 0BS.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

Knowing what to expect helps make delivery day smooth and stress‑free. Our specialist carriers handle large, heavy boxes every day, and they’ll keep you informed throughout the process. Here’s how the day typically unfolds:

1. You’ll Receive a Delivery Window

Your courier will contact you with a confirmed delivery date and an estimated time slot. This may be sent by text, email, or phone depending on the carrier.

2. Your Driver Arrives With Multiple Boxes

All Yardistry structures arrive in several large, heavy boxes.

  • Smaller items may arrive in 2–3 boxes

  • Larger gazebos and pergolas may arrive in 4–8 boxes

Each box is clearly labelled for easy identification.

3. Kerbside or Assisted Delivery

Depending on the service selected at checkout:

  • 2‑Man Assisted UK Home Delivery: The team will carry the boxes to your chosen location, such as your driveway, patio, or garden entrance.

  • Express Kerbside Delivery: Boxes are delivered to the kerbside or nearest safe access point. You’ll need to move them from there.

4. The Driver Will Confirm the Delivery With You

Before leaving, the delivery team will check that all boxes have been unloaded and accounted for.

5. Check Your Boxes Before Assembly

We recommend:

  • Inspecting the packaging for visible damage

  • Ensuring all boxes listed on the delivery note are present

  • Storing the boxes on a flat, dry surface until assembly

If anything looks incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll resolve it quickly.

6. You’re Ready to Begin Assembly

Your product includes:

  • A printed assembly manual

  • Pre‑drilled, pre‑cut components

  • All required hardware

Do you deliver on weekends?

Our carriers typically deliver Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery may be available in some areas, depending on the courier’s schedule.

Will the drivers carry the boxes into my garden?

This depends on the service selected at checkout:

  • 2‑Man Assisted Delivery: Yes — the team will place the boxes in your chosen location.

  • Express Kerbside Delivery: No — boxes are delivered to the kerbside or nearest safe access point.

How many boxes will my order arrive in?

Most Yardistry structures arrive in multiple large, heavy boxes. The exact number varies by product, and you can find box counts and dimensions on each product page.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes. Due to the size and value of the items, someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

Can I delay my delivery?

Yes — if you need to postpone delivery, contact the courier as soon as you receive your booking confirmation. They can usually hold your order for a short period.

What happens if I’m not home when the courier arrives?

The courier will attempt to contact you. If delivery cannot be completed, it may need to be rescheduled, which can delay your order.

What should I do if something arrives damaged?

Inspect the boxes on arrival. If you notice damage, take photos and contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue quickly and arrange replacement parts where needed.

Do you offer installation services?
