Why Inventory?

The first thing to do is open the boxes and remove the instruction manual. You will note that all parts are listed and numbered for easy recognition. This includes wood and hardware components. Be sure to tick off each part present against the manual and set aside ready for building. This allows you to check all components are present and correct, and in good order. On very rare occasions, damage in transit can occur and it is much better to discover this before you start your build. Completing your inventory allows for proper part identification. Should you require any replacement parts for damaged or missing items, you can easily identify parts and numbers for your claim form.

Replacing missing or damaged parts couldn’t be easier. The manufacturer supplies all parts.
