At Yardistry Direct, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We guarantee that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. For products containing lumber, we also provide a five (5) year warranty against rot and decay.
The Yardistry Direct warranty is valid for the original purchaser who registers the product and is non-transferable.
To maintain your warranty, regular care and maintenance are essential. Please note that inspection costs are not covered under this warranty.
The Yardisty Direct warranty does not cover:
Labour costs for replacing defective parts
Incidental or consequential damages
Cosmetic imperfections that do not impact performance or structural integrity
Damage due to vandalism, misuse, improper installation, or acts of nature (e.g., wind, storms, hail, flooding, or excessive moisture)
Natural characteristics of wood such as minor warping, twisting, or checking that do not affect performance
Yardistry Direct products are engineered for safety and durability. Any alterations or modifications may compromise structural integrity, potentially leading to product failure or injury.
We do not accept responsibility for modified products. Any modification will void this warranty in full.
