Really pleased with the high quality and visual appearance of the gazebo. We did however have a horrendous time during installation (we paid landscape gardeners to assemble) The issue was that the plastic protective film applied to every side of every single piece of the roof structure was almost impossible to peel off. There were multiple components, we resorted to using hairdryers to apply heat but it still took four of us over 8 hours to remove the film then it all had to be cleaned with professional adhesive remover to remove all of this sticky residue. I phoned the technical help desk but they indicated that this was sometimes quite normal, it's all packed in Canada and the UK office seemed disinterested in the problem we faced. I would suggest that the company in Canada altar their packing procedure as based upon this I would think twice about purchasing from them again.

    delivery proved difficult for driver as pallet too low. for his pallet truck. One metal section damaged (crushed) but fortunatelyI. managed to repair. Overall we are very happy with the final result

Hi thanks for your question. I am afraid we do not offer a bespoke service so are unable to offer stain choices or roof sheet choices. The items come in to us pre boxed ready for point of sale.

Do i need planning permission for this? Srinivas Edara asked on April 19, 2023

Our gazebos are classed as permitted development, so there is no need to apply for planning permission, provided you position them appropriately in your garden. Please do refer to the planning portal (https://www.planningportal.co.uk/) or contact your local council if you have specific questions regarding assembling a gazebo in your garden.

Does gazebo need to be fixed down ? Russell summers asked on May 8, 2022

Our gazebos all come with ground anchor fitments on each leg. They have screw holes so they can be screwed to concrete, decking or patio. You just need to supply the hardware to go through the mounting points. Hope this helps.
