⏳ How long until the assembly team arrives?
The assembly is typically scheduled within 7–14 days of your order. During peak seasons, this may extend up to four weeks.
📅 Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, but we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice to make changes to your appointment.

In the unlikely event of damage to your product or property, our dedicated customer service team will work swiftly to resolve the issue.
🚚 Will the assembler move my curbside-delivered item to the assembly location?
Yes, the assembler will relocate your item. Please note: depending on the distance or complexity, additional charges may apply.
📦 Who handles packaging disposal?
Packaging removal is the customer’s responsibility. However, the team can place packaging neatly on your property. If you’d prefer full removal, a Debris/Box Removal service is available for £35.00.

Yes, the assembly area must be level and ready in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines before your appointment.

Yes, the assembly company provides a 30-day workmanship warranty for peace of mind.
🛍 Can I book an assembly if I bought my product elsewhere (e.g., Costco)?
Our assembly services are currently available only for products purchased directly from Yardistry Direct UK.

At this time, assembly is offered Monday to Friday only.
