Improving our delivery times for customers
We are always looking for ways to improve the services we offer to our customers. We understand that a swift and efficient delivery service is an important part of the decision making process when shopping online. When making a considered and researched purchase, you need to feel confident in the knowledge that your products will be delivered promptly and with care.

We currently offer two options at checkout. Either a two man assisted via SGP, or a networked service via Palletways. Our standard two man assisted is now based on a 7 to 10 working day time frame. Our Express (via Palletways) is 3 working days. You will be contacted via email and notified of the specified delivery day for your order. Plus we will detail who you specified courier is. Tracking can be provided.
We pride ourselves on offering an efficient and reliable service that accommodates our customers’ needs. This is why we have recently reviewed and re worked our 2 man offering. We have cut delivery times by at least 5 working days. Therefore ensuring we bring the best service possible to our valued customers. The delivery options we provide offer flexibility to cater to different customer needs.
Deliveries will still take place Monday to Friday between 7 am and 7 pm.
Although the delivery team will not bring items inside the property, they will place them in a designated area of the customer’s choice. As long as it is safe and accessible. For urgent needs, the Express Delivery service promises a swift turnaround, dispatching orders placed before noon within 3 working days. This service includes a 24/48-hour delivery window via a Pallet Network, complete with full tracking and a 2-hour estimated time of arrival, ensuring convenience and transparency for customers.
