delivery proved difficult for driver as pallet too low. for his pallet truck. One metal section damaged (crushed) but fortunatelyI. managed to repair. Overall we are very happy with the final result

Overall it has been a great project and we are really pleased and (proud) of our new gazebo. We could have paid for it to be installed but chose to build it ourselves. There was a delay in delivery which was managed well by the company. It came in three big boxes which the delivery team brought into the garden. I did an inventory before the start of the build and found two pieces of wood were warped. The company were quick to replace them and new parts arrived within a week. The build went really well. The Yardistry instruction video on You Tube gave top tips. One person did most of the assembling over a couple of days plus we spent two evenings peeling plastic (all the roof pieces were covered and the plastic was stuck hard by the warm weather). 4 of us were needed to get the frame up and roof on. In all it was about 3 1/2 days of work. We put it onto gravel which meant lots of tweaks to get it level. The design helped us make these adjustments before we were happy and all was level/straight.

This was really easy to put together and only took a week to build start to finish. I love that the shelves are included and the roof hooks. The automatic window that opens with the temperature is brilliant. Love it!

Excellent quality product but the delivery was a bit of a nightmare because the product is so heavy that the pallet lift wouldn't work. In the end the driver and myself had to split the load in 3 and man handle it off the tailgate. The main frame was relatively straight forward but the roof frame panels are not well marked up and need at least 2 people probably 3 to get started so I am waiting for some assistance.

The delivery is tricky as its very heavy and the company who deliver dont lift it off the lorry. It comprises 4 very heavy boxes.
The product itself is top drawer and the helpline is excellent.

Does the job and is very neat and unobtrusive. Read the instructions and placement details before doing any groundwork’s to place drains if that’s what you are doing

Superb gazebo and at a very competitive price. Be aware this is not a quick installation (the instructions are key and they run to 70+ pages) and will require 3-4 people but the results are worth it
