It's a very sturdy set, my children love playing on it , and it looks nice in the garden. It was a big job to put it together (two of us did it over the course of 2-3 days but we're not very good at DIY), but I'd say the difficulty was just because there were so many pieces and steps - the actual instructions made sense and the fittings provided were for the most part easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend coming prepared some good tools - a good power drill/screwdriver is essential, and one thing I wished I had was a ratcheting socket set because using a hand spanner was a bit tedious. I particularly liked the use of the square headed screws (once I realised they'd provided the appropriate bit for the screwdriver) because they don't slip as easily as the phillips head ones.

Verified ownerNot great at all. Delivery guys were sloppy. Now we can't finish the build as incorrect part in the box or piece missing and its taken nearly 3 weeks to sort out and still not sorted. The team is in the USA somewhere and a week in asks me if im in Canada.. terrible and very unhappy

Verified ownerOverall it has been a great project and we are really pleased and (proud) of our new gazebo. We could have paid for it to be installed but chose to build it ourselves. There was a delay in delivery which was managed well by the company. It came in three big boxes which the delivery team brought into the garden. I did an inventory before the start of the build and found two pieces of wood were warped. The company were quick to replace them and new parts arrived within a week. The build went really well. The Yardistry instruction video on You Tube gave top tips. One person did most of the assembling over a couple of days plus we spent two evenings peeling plastic (all the roof pieces were covered and the plastic was stuck hard by the warm weather). 4 of us were needed to get the frame up and roof on. In all it was about 3 1/2 days of work. We put it onto gravel which meant lots of tweaks to get it level. The design helped us make these adjustments before we were happy and all was level/straight.
