Hi thanks for your question. For in stock items we are usually 4-10 working days on delivery. The 12x14 is back in stock and deliveries are commencing 12th June. Two man service will unload and deliver on to your property within reason and safe practice. The packages are very heavy and we usually therefore avoid steep steps or inclines. A build service has recently been introduced. Please live chat us for more details.
